Under the direction of the Manager of Patient Reception Services, the Insurance Verification/Pre-Registration Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining the efficient operation of the insurance verification/pre-registration process, paying particular attention to pre-certification and referrals. High school diploma or equivalent required. 3 years hospital admitting registration or related experience preferred. Cash reconcilation and hospital billing preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
